What is Counselling?
What Conditions Can it Help?
Counselling is a quiet, confidential, safe space for you, as a client, to bring all your problems, thoughts and feelings and to be listened to. As a Counsellor, I will help you to reflect upon and explore your thoughts and feelings in an empathetic, non-judgemental, patient way and help you to find the direction in which you want to proceed. Counselling is NOT about advice giving and there is no magic wand; beneficial changes can take time.
