Jude's training is grounded in the psychodynamic approach in that the individual's past life, especially childhood is seen to have emotional influences on present adult relationships. However, she also works with the transpersonal which means relating to experiences which take us beyond our usual sense of self and relates to the client's soul journey. Her approach is holistic, flexible and creative, using a range of techniques according to the client's needs.
